- Knowledge and use of training administration, training development and training distribution tools.
- Experience in training, design, development, implementation /delivery and change management.
- Responsible for coordinating the development and training for New Hire Trainings and Roll outs.

What You'll Be Doing:


- Responsible for coordinating the development and training for Marketing Campaigns, New Hire Training, and various company Initiatives (Pipkins work force management system).
- Work with department trainers, managers, supervisors, and marketing team to deliver, coordinate, certify, and document training for employees.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to create effective user-focused work instructions and other training materials as needed to support training efforts.
- Serve as a liaison in getting information out to the team members.
- Coordinate with the functional groups to ensure internal updates, information, and news are communicated using the appropriate tools and media.
- Manage all aspects of classroom and web-based training at the training center, including room set-up, network connectivity, sign-in, evaluations, etc.
- Validate and confirm customer service process and technical training materials have been updated in a timely manner.
- Assist the Department Manager to perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Knowledge of PC software applications including Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Communication experience using a variety of media.
- Working knowledge and use of software deployed through or utilized by the service center.
