About this job

Busy company seeking an Office Assistant to aid in the daily operations of our Nevada office.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Answering telephones
* Maintaining office inventory and purchasing supplies
* Assisting all departments (estimating, field, administration and project management) in daily operations
* Managing emails
* Sorting paperwork for easy communication between office and field
* Handling of invoices and payments to vendors

Required skills:
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to handle high-stress environments and rapid deadlines
* Independent time management skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn other programs
* Strong organizational skills and communication skills
* Demonstrates independent problem solving

*Previous experience in a construction office not necessary but previous office experience preferred.

*Salary based on experience and includes Medical Benefits and 401K / Profit Sharing
