About this job

Provide administrative support for tree farm operations.
Contract administration - set up and maintenance of contracts for the maintenance, harvesting, engineering, and forestry operations.
Provide customer service as main phone contact and receptionist for facility.
Input and maintain records for payroll/personnel activities for operations.
Word processing, contract generation, presentation preparation, spreadsheet creation and maintenance, database creation and maintenance.
Ability to plan, organize, follow through with accuracy, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
Assist with ordering supplies/purchasing through company process.
Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and common sense, willing to "flow to work".
