About this job

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
Updates spreadsheets on Excel.
Composes and types routine correspondence.
Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
Answers and screens telephone calls, and arranges conference calls.
Coordinates schedules and makes appointments as needed.
Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person.
Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
Coordinate and put together letters for sales team members.
Serve as a liaison between office and attorneys on legal matters, as needed.
Planning regional meetings.
Responsible for business contracts' file management.
Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
Putting out companywide announcements regarding territory changes, new hires, address changes for reps etc.
Order printed material, such as letterhead, business cards, sample folders, sample labels, etc.
Request certificates of insurance from our insurance broker

Education/Experience:
