Bissell, Inc. Care Representatives are specialized Customer Service Representatives who receive inbound calls from customers who have questions or concerns related to their cellular prepaid and postpaid service.
Responsibilities:
Detailed Description:
*Listen to customers and understand their requests and concerns
*Maintain profession demeanor with customers at all times
*Perform logical troubleshooting
*Document troubleshooting steps and confirm resolution
*Guide the customer through self-help installation and repair opportunities
*Perform other customer service representative duties as required
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
*Call Center experience preferred
*Must successfully pass background check and drug screen
*Computer knowledge and proficiency
*Customer Service Representative experience preferred
*Ability to type at least 25 wpm (words per minute)
