Monitors e-mails for incoming statements.
Prints client statements.
Processes client statements-sort, fold, seal and postage.
Ensures all statements are out to Zip Mail in a timely fashion. Fills out Zip Mail pick-up forms.
Ensures the mailroom has an adequate supply of mail trays.
Requests mail trays from Zip Mail when needed.
Stocks mailroom on a daily basis.
Breaks down and remove boxes to dumpster.
Reports any inventory issues to Supervisor.
Any miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
