About this job
This position is responsible for providing maintenance services to all
CRMC facilities. To maintain a pristine environment and a safe, quality
oriented, customer friendly maintenance program. Assist in maintaining a clean, functional,
orderly environment within facility.
Provide repairs, preventative maintenance, and insure proper operations
for a wide range of hospital equipment, including (but not limited to) plumbing
fixtures, lighting fixtures, air conditioners, roofs, nurse call systems,
patient equipment, electrical systems, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems,
HVAC systems, telecommunication systems and any other equipment used by the
facility. Performs installation of
plumbing systems/fixtures, electrical systems/fixtures, mechanical systems/devices
and light construction.
Full Time position; 12p -- 8:30p.
On-call rotation is required.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Vo-tech training preferred.
Trade school or apprenticeship program preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Three or more years of general maintenance experience preferred.
Two years mechanical service and installation experience preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare environment preferred.
SKILLS:
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to listen and follow instructions.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Ability to read and understand blue prints and specifications.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:
Valid PA driver's license required.
