Business Unit / Department Mission

Providing excellent customer service in the Restaurant. Monitors Customer Service levels, production flow and controls quality of prepared foods for sale to new and existing restaurant Guests by performing the following duties. This position is responsible for supervisory responsibilities such as scheduling, training and Partner development.

Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as necessary

- Oversees quality of prepared foods and monitors shrink.

- Oversees the performance of Front of House Partners and the Bar area

- Assists in scheduling crew shifts, lunches, and breaks.

- Assists in ordering ingredients and wrap supplies for product.

- Maintains sanitation in department.

- Monitors working conditions of equipment.

- Assists in training new Partners.

- Provides internal customer service.

- Assists in time and attendance of all partners.

- Directly supervises employees in the kitchen and Front of House

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE preferred:

- Must be 18 years of age

- Typically requires 5-8 years of related experience

- Knowledge of food preparation and equipment required

- Food safety certification preferred.

- Materials handling equipment certification.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals

- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

- Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to Guest concerns and complaints.
