About this job
This position contributes to the success of manufacturing location for PepsiCo by providing maintenance leadership for a plant operation. This individual is responsible for managing numerous shifts in a non-union environment and developing a team of supervisors.
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
Assures equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity
Implements process enhancements to improve process enhancements to improve package and flavor changeover efficiency
Utilizes visual factory concepts to maximize asset utilization and plant performance Builds the capability of plant supervisors and technicians
Tracks standard manufacturing and warehouse measures and prioritizes plant maintenance opportunities
Maintains P&L responsibility over maintenance cost centers, repair and maintenance, maintenance labor, utilities and capital improvement plans
Basic Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
A minimum of 5 years of operations
A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Mechanical experience maintaining production equipment
Ability to work flexible hours
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Hydraulic maintenance knowledge
Pneumatic maintenance knowledge
Industrial Electrical Wiring, Mechanical/Electrical Devices and Circuits experience Basic Drive Maintenance, Installations, troubleshooting
Basic Controller/Processor Maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge
