This position is a Finance Manager role and will provide strategic financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support to the Optum Distribution Services (ODS) business.  ODS provides contact center and BPO sales and service solutions, healthcare exchange platform solutions and field agency sales solutions. 
 
Positions in this function facilitate forecasts and assist with the organization's financial planning, perform financial analysis in support of business and finance decision making, and present findings and recommendations to management.  The successful candidate for this position will:

Interface with business leaders and build relationships in support of financial planning and performance measurement including reporting and analysis
Partner with business leaders to evaluate investment opportunities and cost savings initiatives to maximize resources and create efficiencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in conjunction with budgeting and forecasting process
Manage business relationship on behalf of the broader Finance organization and Leadership
Leverage technology and carry out process improvement activities
Lead cost and pricing activities for new business growth
Manage a team of finance professionals

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Equivalent
5+ years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience
1+ years of supervisory experience
Intermediate skills in MS Excel
Progressive financial work experience
Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment while positively influencing other functional areas
Strong financial, analytical and business acumen
Generate innovative approaches and solutions to business opportunities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and/or Contact Center environments
MBA
Healthcare experience
Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft experience
