About this job
The main purpose of this position is to prepare and review accurate financial information of the Retail Business, including account reconciliations, according to GAAP guidance and Giant Eagle Policy.
Requirements
- Review, interpret and prepare financial information on a weekly & monthly basis to ensure accurate & timely reporting of financial statements.
- Prepare supplemental reporting to the financial statements both weekly and monthly for management.
- Review asset and liability accounts, within Blackline, to ensure corporate financial requirements are met
- Assist with special project and reports as directed by the immediate supervisor to meet requirements.
- Assist other Team Members in the department to ensure efficient operation of the department
- Assist in the quarterly and annual audit process.
- Little or no financial or budgetary responsibility
