AEROTEK is recruiting Call Center Agents for their Healthcare client's headquarters in Chantilly, VA. This will be an outbound calling role where the agent contacts Medicare/Medicaid enrolled individuals and is responsible for offering an in-home health assessment on behalf of their insurance provider. The agent will be held to a quota of 12 schedules per day. The position is Monday-Friday, 10:00-6:30 or 11:30-8:00 starting September 14th. An additional hiring class will open on September 21st.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience (inside sales, telemarketing, outside sales, canvassing, collections, customer retention)
  • Ability to thrive in a quota driven environment
  • Ability to overcome customer objection
  • Proven experience to handle high volume call load
  • Commitment to a 4 month contract-to-hire
