We are seeking an extremely detail-oriented, organized and motivated individual to join our growing team. Salary to commensurate with experience. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. * Min 1-3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
* Peachtree Accounting Software
* Strong customer service and administrative skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Professional demeanor
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
* Manage A/R Collections
* Cash Management
* Sales and Use tax preparation
* End of period adjustments
* Compile sales statistics
* Manage contracts
* Keep organized records of all expenses
* Organize and process client invoices on a daily basis
* Statistical analysis of business metrics
* Cost allocation within business units
