What will I be doing?

Senior Manager is responsible for the management of day to day operations for the Call Center Operations for both Orlando and Las Vegas for HGV.   These recruitment teams are responsible for hiring the appropriate talent that drives the primary revenue and EBIDTA goals for the organization. This position is instrumental in establishing effective recruitment strategies and pipelines to access top level talent (social media integration, military/veteran, diversity) while delivering timely and effective customer service and support to their senior client leaders. Senior Manager will manage teams of full time, remote and contract resources while also serve as the liason between HGV and HW TA senior leadership and the clients in driving the strategic business priorities. This includes tools and systems adoption and optimization, HW alignment of internal partnerships and vendor relationships and recruiter metrics and performance measures.  Senior Manager in this role will also be instrumental in helping to further support the department as we grow our business into additional markets both in the US as well as internationally.   


 
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source, network and market our open job opportunities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and sell the advantages of working for Hilton Grand Vacations.  Develop a strategic, multi- faceted sourcing plan to insure a consistent flow of qualified candidates is met to fulfill the department's key business objectives.
  • Evaluate existing recruitment processes to insure effectiveness and efficiencies from the application to hire process. 
  • Review existing recruitment programs and marketing outreach.  Develop new and innovative ways to access untapped markets and create a robust marketing plan
  • Ensure regular communication and progress updates to the various stakeholderst demonstrate an ROI for the services being provided.  Also drive the recruitment process so that candidate decisions are made in a timely manner.
  • Supervise department of staff members to insure all processes run smoothly to include all compliance related administrative work and recruitment efforts.  Oversee the day to day operation and exhibit key leadership behaviors in developing and coaching staff for optimum performance.
  • Participate as a member of the senior leader team.  Manage some specific global intitiatives as delegated
  • Proactively reports on team and individual requisition progress
  • May work some requisitions
  • Supports Global projects as delegated   


What are we looking for?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 or more years of experience in a dedicated recruitment or staffing role
  • 2 or more years of experience in high volume recruitment
  • 3 years of experience supervising a recruiting office with direct reports
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • 2 years of managerial experience
  • Strong ability to build relationships and establish credibility and rapport quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively persuade and sell the benefits of the organizations
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop direct reports within recruitment
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
  • 2 years of experience hiring positions in a Call Center environment with high volume recruitment
  • AIRS Certifications and/or PHR Certification
  • Previous experience using Taleo Applicant Tracking System
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (word and excel) and resume search licenses.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
