Global eCommerce Contract Web Coordinator
Description:
The purpose of this position is to support the company's web ecommerce teams in the area of web publishing, content management, promotional asset deployment, and general support and troubleshooting of website customer experience.
Use the company's Content Publishing Systems to push content to our sites globally
Support sales activity with production set up and site QA for marketing site refreshes and promotions
Manage requests through JIRA ticketing system to update the site between regular refreshes
Basic Qualifications:
eCommerce content and site management experience required
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of combined college education and work experience
Previous experience working with backend content managed tools
Ability to take direction and shift priorities as required by the business
Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
Additional Qualifications:
Proven ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow documentation for completing tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with various teams
Ability to communicate status and deadline information to team members
Understanding web technologies and how they work to deliver customer experience in alignment with the brand
Experienced user in JIRA, Hybris CMS tools, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
