Our Wells Fargo Insurance Brokerage & Consulting (IBC) group:

Provides insurance consulting, sales and services to business banking, middle market, large corporate and high net worth clients Works closely with Wells Fargo's Wholesale Bank, Private Bank and other businesses to identify cross-sell opportunities Provides national resources for property and casualty, employee benefits units, life insurance and our international broker network as well as targeted insurance programs to industries such as real estate, health care, energy, special risk, public entity, aviation, and hospitality Candidate will be responsible for handling moderately complex risk management accounts. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, setting overall risk and service strategy for client, responding to complex client information requests, reviewing complex contracts, assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, developing and implementing service plans, reviewing audits and program adjustments. Must have an understanding and working knowledge of loss sensitive programs and collateral. This Account executive will oversee marketing and will drive strategy with clients as well as be active in the development of new business. Must have verbal and presentation skills as well as strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate resources and manage deadlines.

5+ years insurance experience. Demonstrated ability to manage moderately complex commercial property and casualty accounts; effectively market to carriers and customers; develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and prospects; excellent verbal and written communications skills. Insurance license for designated insurance line required within 6 months of hire, considering state law restrictions. Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
