MIG Welder - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking MIG Welders AND TIG welders, must be open to any shifts. 1st 2nd or 3rd. Must have .035 and .045 wire experience.

MIG Welders will be working with thin gauge up from 1/8" to 1/2" inch Mild Steel. Special projects require up to 1" thick steel.
TIG Welders must have aluminum and stainless steel expereince as well as very thin gauge.
Client is seeking welders with the ability to read/understand blue prints, set up their own welding and have the ability to fit-up their own parts using fixtures.
Welds need to be clean, smooth and without sharp edges, etc.

Structural Welders tend to not work out for this environment If they have a Fab Shop welding background, in addition to production/structural welding, they will look at them.
