About this job
Our client is currently looking to find a Quality Inspector on the 2nd shift at their main plant. The main plant is a clean and organized machine shop. Primarily the employee will be in the Quality Lab, however will occasionally be on the shop floor by the machines as well.
Responsibilities:
- Will be performing 50/50 mechanical inspection and CMM operation
- Responsible for both in-process and final inspections
- Will work off machined parts and utilizing GD&T blueprints
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in inspecting machined parts
- Experience working with GD&T blueprints and familiarity with print symbols
- CMM not required (preferred), if no CMM experience must have experience working with computers
2nd Shift Hours: 4:30pm-1am Monday-Thursday and 2:30pm-10:30pm Fridays
