Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

* Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound telecommunications

* Primary duty is to collect past due balances

* Conflict resolution and maintain high level of customer service

* Heavy data entry and using Microsoft office

Qualifications:

* Strong data entry skills (Must be able to type 40 words per minute)

* Experience with conflict resolution and excellent communication skills

* Working Knowledge of Microsoft office (outlook, word, excel)

* Ability to Multitask and navigate multiple web pages at a time

Part Time Shift Options:

  • Monday - Friday 10am-2pm AND Saturday, 8am-4:30pm OR 9am- 5pm
  • Monday-Friday 8am-12:30pm, Saturday 9-5
  • Monday-Friday 3:45pm-9pm, Saturday 9-5
  • Saturday 9-5pm and Sunday 11am -5pm
  • 3 days during the week and 1 weekend shift is also available for students
