We are currently seeking outstanding customer service oriented candidates to join our Reservation Center team at European Wax Center full-time. Our beautiful office is located in the Paradise Valley area off the 51 freeway and Shea.
As an RCA, you would be responsible for booking and confirming reservations, providing information on our services and products, but most importantly, setting the standards for all of our guests as you will be the first voice our guests hear associated with European Wax Center!
It is important to have experience in customer service, call center, reception, or hospitality. We are looking for someone who possesses the ability to multi-task and prioritize while managing multiple phone lines. This is not your typical "call center job". We do not do "cold calls" or "sales." We simply provide fabulous customer service to guests that WANT to speak with us!
