Position Summary:

Create produce fruit baskets for seasonal holiday sales. Use customer service skills to provide customers with an engaging experience while shopping at Fred Meyer. Fred Meyer also requires that all Associates perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws. Role model and demonstrate the Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of self and others.

Essential Job Functions:

• Models "Customer 1st" behavior, delivers and encourages other Associates to deliver legendary Customer service
• Gathers supplies and creates produce fruit baskets
• Answers Customer questions; gives product information; sells fruit baskets to Customers; ensures Customer awareness of styles/sizes available
• Takes special orders; creates fruit baskets specific to Customer orders
• Escorts Customer to product(s)
• Maintains a clean, safe work area to ensure Customer safety
• Complies with corporate policies
• Demonstrates, recognizes, and complies with Q and Service Plus actions
• Participates in mandatory training programs
• Complies with all safety guidelines and standards
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Ability to pass drug test
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Any licenses or certificates required by federal and/or state
