JOB DESCRIPTION
We're currently seeking an Switchboard Assembler for a contract opportunity in Tualatin ,OR. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading suppliers of a wide range of products, solutions and services in the field of energy technology.
Description
Ability to work with hand tools (such as open wrenches, sockets, screw drivers, hammer, torque wrench, etc..) air driven tools (such as screw drivers, sockets, nailers, etc..) and power tools (such as drill machines, shear machines, band saw, etc?) to assemble steel enclosures consisting of steel, fiberglass and copper parts. Ability to lift 35# on a consistent basis. Ability to read mechanical drawings (blue prints) to assemble product. Perform wiring and installation of panelboard wiring assemblies. Ability to use and read a measuring tape with accuracy. Ability to communication fluently in English.
Education:
HS diploma or equivalent required.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a 5 month contract position.
