Lake Charles family needs a full-time nanny. Must love kids! Our ideal match will meet the requirements: We need help with getting the girls to and from school. Sitting with the girls before and after school. Getting them dressed for school and helping with medicine. We also have two dogs that will need to be walked for a potty break a couple of times a day. May need help with dinner on some days. My youngest daughter is Autistic, so we need someone whom is soft spoken, patient and understanding.
