2 Shifts:
9am - 5:30pm
12:30pm - 9pm
OT not expected, CSR's should expect to work 40 hours per week

Inbound call center for a company with 20 websites and approximately 90,000 products (clothing including socks, jackets, boots, etc.) for sale online. Calls will be from customers looking to place an order, follow up on shipment dates, questions about product colors, sizes, availability, etc.

CSR's will be assigned to 3-5 websites and take calls/emails from customers pertaining to those products (rather than be trained on all 20 websites)

Dress code is business casual

Typical calls last 8-10 minutes, and customers will have questions about product colors, sizes, shipping dates, etc.

CSR's will typically take 6-7 calls per hour

Inbound calls (not telemarketing or sales focused). Their policy is not to force/sell customers on a product that won't be a good fit for them.

Some email correspondence will be involved, and all responses are pre-populated (similar to quick parts in MS Outlook).

Personal cell phone usage (calls, texts, emails, social media) will not be tolerated.

Focused on finding people with a great personality and dependable.
