Looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a Service Center company!
This position is responsible for delivering education, participating in outreach events, and providing unbiased in-person assistance for consumers seeking to enroll in Qualified Health Plans through the Health Insurance Marketplace provided by the Affordable Care Act. They will work with individuals, families, and small businesses to help them understand their coverage options and help them make educated decisions.
MUST HAVE:
- Customer service experience and health care industry background
- Health care literacy
- Outreach/community based experience
- able to work a flexible schedule
- Local travel when needed
Location: Indianapolis
Pay: $13-17/hour
Placement: 6 month contract
