Primary Responsibilities:

Be the business subject matter expert, experienced in business analysis and requirements gathering
Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
Lead and manage customer readiness activities and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
Lead your business partners in the creation, implementation and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs
Analyze vendor performance metrics, financial forecasts, and additional reporting that will provide the appropriate controls over the external facility audit program
Attend all monthly vendor scorecard meetings to communicate business expectations, review results, etc.
Calibrate performance across both the internal and external resources doing facility audits
Serve as a resource for PAS or Facility Audit projects to represent the operational side of the business
Produce various reporting requests around vendor commissions, recoveries, offsets, etc.
Provide additional support for the ASO line of business as a revenue driver
Look for new program growth opportunities and help drive them to completion 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field or an additional 3 years of directly related work experience below in lieu of a degree
4+ years of experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business / financial analysis or 7+ years of directly applicable experience without a Bachelors Degree
2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines or 5+ years of directly applicable experience without a Bachelors Degree
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with SQL
Previous Healthcare Industry experience
Previous Project Lead experience
