Contact Center Agent

Job Description/Experience Required

Looking for individuals with 1 years of customer service experience and who can utilize multiple computer programs at one time. They must have good work history with proven attendance records. They are shifts will vary, but are set and have no flexibility. The shifts include 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 12:30 to 9:00 p.m.. and will be working Monday through Friday.

Job Duties

Effectively respond to borrowers and other authorized individuals regarding account status and servicing options, online account access and reference tools, payment arrangements, explain rights and responsibilities and in addition to inbound call handling, activities may also include outbound calls and email responses.

Verify and obtain new demographic information, including email addresses, during contacts with borrowers and others.
