About this job
The Client has expanded their product offerings to include today's latest fashions, trendiest home goods, unique gifts, the hottest new toys and more. As leaders in the industry, not only do they publish many unique catalogs a year, they also leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver even more new and exciting products through our rich and powerful websites.
These candidates will perform the following:
- take 85-100 inbound phone calls from customers
- verify customer information (address/billing/etc.)
- enter in product number information
- verify orders
- verify credit card information
- up-sell weekly product (they call this their "hot product")
- Place orders within SAP
Candidates must be open to working an 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday and Sundays between 8am-8pm.
This is a contract assignment estimated to go through the end of 2015.
