Due to recent growth, a representative is needed to answer incoming calls related to automotive warranties. Background working in sales and/or experienced call center employees are a perfect fit! We are in need of an individual who is committed to working the hours of:
Monday-Friday 11am-8pm
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience
Previous customer service experience required in a call center environment
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient with: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and navigating the Internet
Ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
