The Product Sales Agent is a part of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department and will be responsible for selling tickets, season passes, and fulfilling prepurchased sales orders on the front line at Beaver Creek’s ticket office locations. This position requires a full knowledge of our products and services and is responsible for collecting guest information. As a PSS Sales Agent, you will receive a high level of guest interaction and will be the face of Beaver Creek! We are looking for guest service oriented individuals who are positive, outgoing, operate with a high level of computer proficiency, have a passion for the outdoors, are well disciplined, and take pride in their work.

The Ticket and Pass Sales Agents facilitate sales for lift tickets and season passes and deliver outstanding customer service and provide quality information regarding all Beaver Creek products and services to ensure a world class experience for our guests. They will supply administrative and phone support for the specified office location, reconcile cash and receipts at end of shift, and other duties as assigned.

The Ski School Product Sales Agent is a part of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department and will be responsible for selling ski school group and private lessons, tickets, season passes, and fulfilling prepurchased sales orders on the front line at Beaver Creek’s ski school office locations. This position requires a full knowledge of our products and services and is responsible for collecting guest information. As a Ski School PSS Sales Agent, you will receive a high level of guest

interaction and will be the face of Beaver Creekl! We are looking for guest service oriented individuals who are positive, outgoing, operate with a high level of computer proficiency, have a passion for the outdoors, are well disciplined, and take pride in their work.

What we are looking for:

Individuals who are passionate about guest service and the hospitality/ski industry

Comfortable with asking the guest for their data with every transaction.

English Proficiency

Able to work the entire season (November 2015 – April 2016)

Some experience in guest service and cash handling

Flexibility is a must, and most shifts include a weekend and holiday hours.

Schedule:

Work schedule is based upon business volume and office assignment. Full time is typically 4 days per week, 8-10

hours per day with a 7:30 a.m. start time. Part time is typically 3-4 days per week and 3-7 hours per day. Employees must commit to at least one weekend day and be available to work holidays.
