About this job

Providence is calling a Staffing Coordinator - Regional Nursing Administration (0.9 FTE, Rotating/Variable) to Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.

In this position you will:

Provide a variety of staffing functions and services for the Department of Nursing.

Provide monthly schedules and daily adjustments to nursing staff for each unit being a supportive function both to the units and administrative staff.

Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

Must be able to work in a team environment and independently.

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Must be dependable and willing to work night shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays.

Looking for detailed-oriented individuals who can critically think under pressure.

Proficient computer/software skills are required

Required qualifications for this position include:

High school degree or equivalent

Three (3) years of background in nursing, other hospital experience, or staffing/scheduling

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

Healthcare Staffing background preferred
