The Pantry Attendant prepares food for various stations and generally does not cook food. Assembles and prepares ingredients, store and label unused food items for future use; may also produce certain items like cold plated food trays. This position assists with maintaining cleanliness, order, and sanitation in the kitchen.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
* Read and understand English.
* One year pantry experience preferred but not necessary.
* Knowledge of cold meats, salads, dressing and sauces.
* Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
* Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
