Job Location Louisville, KY near Dutchman's Lane Shift Schedule Shift Schedule: Mon-Weds 9:15 am - 6 pm, Sat 9 am - 5 pm (Thursday/Sunday OFF) Key Responsibilities: Attention to detail is imperative, ability to multitask to meet objectives Occasional need to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to respond to customer needs, requests, and complaints Ability to calculate figures & amounts, with attention to detail Adhere to state & federal guidelines, related to proprietary and consumer data, including HIPPA guidelines & compliance Key data into computer with accuracy Insurance verification to determine proper product and/or service for patient Create new customer accounts, collect billing and delivery information; coordinate delivery schedule Promptly answer incoming calls, with a clear voice and tone Coordinate set-up, delivery, and pick up of equipment Maintain communication with delivery personnel via radio/pager/phone. Process delivery paperwork, with high amount of accuracy Must display dependability through regular attendance, reporting on time and ready to work Ability to create routine and regular productivity with limited supervision Ability to develop understanding of product and services Understanding of reimbursement process, including OSHA, DOT, CMS (Medicare) agencies Qualifications and Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
