This is an Interstate Hotels & Resorts position.

This position requires a Pre-Hire Assessment as part of the application process. For best results we recommend you complete the assessment in one seating without any interruptions or distractions and therefore advise that you begin the application process when you can dedicate 20-30 minutes of uninterrupted time to apply for this opening.

Hospitality focused team player.  Prior experience not required.  Flexible schedule and must.  Primary need is for PM shift, but will need occasional AM availability.  Ability to work with existing team and must be able to multitask and take on multiple responsibilities to get the job done.  Excellent time management skills needed.

1.Accurately and quickly take and place all food orders with the kitchen, according to the prescribed procedure. 

2.Answer all questions about cooking methods, menu items, specials and prices of all items.  

3.Prepare and deliver beverage and dessert orders.  

4.Check food to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct and deliver food orders in a timely fashion.  

5.Prepare the guest check accurately and present it to the guest before their departure.  

6.Collect payment from the guest.  

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

 1. Clean, clear and reset dining room tables.

 2. Assist in seating and greeting the guest.

 3. Clean and restock service items
