About this job
The Registered Nurse demonstrates clinical competence by utilizing the
nursing process. The nurse must assess and identify patient problems/needs,
establish a plan of care and implement/evaluate nursing care for a specific
patient or group of patients. The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care
and assigns/delegates patient care activities to other qualified members of the
interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Full time Night position.
Every other weekend and holiday
required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Valid PA license as a RN.
Current BLS certification.
EXPERIENCE:
One year acute care experience preferred but not required.
SKILLS:
Ability to prioritize patient needs and seek consultation.
Perform duties for diverse patient populations.
Effective interpersonal
communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong critical thinking/decision making skills.
