Currently we require a customer service representative.
Full-time position. Salary is $2,500 per month.
In this position, you will provide technical support for our customers. Our customers may encounter all sorts of difficulties. They may have questions about the services that our company provides or the price of said services. You will be responsible for answering all of these questions. You will communicate with customers via e-mail.
Responsibilities:
Be online during business hours.
Answer customer questions in a professional and timely manner.
If you have difficulty providing the customer with an answer due to lack of information, then you will contact your case manager.
Submit a report summarizing your work results at the end of each week.
You are not required to possess any specialized skills to perform this job.
You should have good computer skills, Internet access, and a printer.
