Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering and routing phone calls, renting strollers/wheelchairs, selling gift cards, accounting for cash receipts and preparing bank deposits. Must be able to communicate information clearly to customers, tenants, mall staff and mall management.

Professional attitude and demeanor
Available and willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Read, write and speak English at an acceptable level
Possess good customer service skills
Ability to operate credit card machine and computer
Acceptable background check
