Responsibilities Route sign-off budgets Post sign-off budgets to ESN Scan copies of completed sign-off budgets to be posted on ESN. Give access to the accounting folders on SNAP. Get access for Optimis for shows and finance department. Perform monthly expense reports for Finance Executives. Order Officemax supplies for the Finance Department. Maintain office supply storage. Order business cards and stationary for the Finance Department as needed. Order snacks for the West end of the 5th floor. Order coffee for the West end of the 5th floor. Order kitchen supplies for the large kitchen. Keep the large kitchen stocked with supplies. Manage the budget for office supply and snack ordering. Coordinate with maintenance regarding repairs or replacements. Coordinate IT upgrades for the Finance Department. Manage audit/wrap cubicle space and audit/wrap offices. Coordinate Drive-ons for Finance Dept. Post weekly SAP Journals. Assist with SAP Reconciliations. Answer Finance Executive phones. Manage Finance Executives calendars Coordinate Interviews for FE (heavy during pilot season) Basic Qualifications A minimum of 2 years supporting an executive in an administrative capacity Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
