We are hiring at Kid to Kid of Rockwall! We are looking for outgoing and motivated individuals who love kids fashion and enjoy working in a fun, team oriented environment. We have full and part time positions available.
Position will help promote all aspects of the business including but not limited to buying, selling, pricing, and merchandising. Provides a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner. Additional responsibilities include assisting store management in daily store operations, including the buying of used merchandise. The right candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience preferred in similar product lines, but willing to train the right candidate.
The right candidate must meet the following criteria:
1) Great customer service and communication skills
2) Basic math skills, including how to figure percentages
3) Ability to work independently
4) Ability to handle customers with sensitivity
5) Ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy
6) Must have flexibility with work schedules; holidays and weekends are a must
7) Must be able to effectively communicate the Buy Policy to our customers
8) Ability to lift and move 30 lbs
9) Available weekends, including Sunday's
