Servers/Hostess - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for well rounded professional Serving staff and hostesses for an upscale atmosphere. The Melting Pot in Durham @Southpoint is all about making the guest experience exceptional. Position requires nights and weekends. We are busy & you will make money for all holidays, if you are not wanting to work during these times- please do not apply. If you are hired you will be required to work Mother's Day/Graduation weekend, Christmas eve, NYE and Valentine's Day. We will also be open on New Years Day with a limited crew. These are very busy for us, but you will be off Christmas Day. 

PREVIOUS SERVING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED(for serving position), this is not your typical moving food from the kitchen to your table position. We are an interactive dining restaurant where some of the courses of the meal are prepared by the server table side. The candidates who find the most success here are outgoing, friendly, understand great guest experience, and grasp the concept of quality over quantity of tables(the most servers will have is 3 at one time). You must pass the corporate preparation and testing in order to be considered for position and be able to lift large set trays(servers). Interviews will be set for upcoming days.
