Sodexo is seeking a Custodial Manager 2 for University Hospitals Case Medical Center is a 1,032-bed tertiary medical center specializing in adult/pediatric medical and surgical specialties. UH Case Medical Center is also the primary affiliate of Case Western Reserve University. Together, they form the largest center for biomedical research in the state of Ohio.

The Alfred and Norma Lerner Tower Samuel Mather Pavilion Lakeside Hospital for adult medical/surgical care University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital University Hospitals MacDonald Women's Hospital, Ohio's only hospital for women University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center University Psychiatric Center - Hanna Pavilion The preferred candidate for this position will have solid knowledge of Sodexo ES Systems and processes including TRAKKAR, UOS, Gold Check, ENGAGE and Black Light inspections. High energy for fast paced environment. Client engagement and patient satisfaction is essential for the success of this role. The Custodial Manager will oversee 20- 25 employees. OR experience is highly desired. There are a total of two opportunities available with a starting time of 3:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m . , and the Custodial/Housekeeping Manager will be required to participate in a rotational "on call" schedule involving rotating weekends and holidays.
This is a nicotine free location and nicotine testing is conducted.
Position Summary
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
