General Responsibilities:
Job Purpose
The Fleet Services correspondent position is responsible for tracking down lost titles. Tracking down new car titles that have not been received by the title center, and titles that are needed in order to dispose of the vehicle in the RAC Fleet. Resolution is achieved by working directly with Car Sales Reps, Hertz locations, Used Car Auction Reps, and outside vendors to locate the missing titles.
The ideal candidate is an individual that is detail oriented and can work well under pressure. Deadlines must be met to avoid unnecessary losses.
Key Result Areas
Work email inquiries from Auctions, Dealers, Sales Reps, etc. regarding missing titles.
Track down and resolve missing titles that were mailed to wrong entities. These are reported on daily exception reports. Work the follow up report daily and follow through on missing titles until issues are resolved. Special projects as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (written exercise given). Alpahanumeric data entry skills (6000 ksph/070% Accuracey - test required Basic Excel Skills (test given) Excellent organizational skills with effective follow up processes High School diploma or equivalent No attendance issues. Must be reliable.
Criminal Background Check required due to access of Personable Identifiable Data (PID)
Preferred Requirements :
Hertz applications including Vision, Carrent, FOS PC Skills, including MS Office Products with emphasis on Excel Ability to multi-task Customer Service Skills Team Player
