About this job
Responsibilities:
- Negotiates payment arrangements from significantly delinquent customers
- Works with vendors to ensure Capital One collateral is located and retrieved as necessary
- Utilizes skip tracing tools to locate customers successfully
- Uses queue management skills to in order to work an assigned group of accounts
***Schedule will be assigned once hired, and will be based off of department need during any of the hours of operation listed below.
Department hours of operation:
Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification, or military experience
- At least 1 year of collections experience
- At least 1 year of call center experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree
- 1 year of experience in auto collections
- 1 year of experience in Loss Mitigation
