Part Time Leasing Agent

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Part Time Leasing Agent.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Responsibilities: * Showcasing the property to prospects and converting them to qualified residents * Answering telephones * Recording traffic * Marketing and outreach Qualifications: * Previous leasing or sales experience preferred * Market and/or Tax Credit experience preferred * Yardi software and MS Office experience preferred * Looking for candidate with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment.
