About this job
Provides professional nursing care under generalsupervision to adult and geriatric patients on Regional Rehab through the useof the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, andevaluation and through the promotion, maintenance and teaching of health.Provides supervision and instructions to LPNs and other ancillary personnel.Monitors and reports quality issues. Provides direct patient care as assigned by the chargenurse including treatments and medications as directed by the physician incharge of patient. Using nursing process in treating the patient as a holisticbeing. Education:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Experience :
Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred with demonstration of clinical competency.
Licenses/Certificates:
Licensed as a registered nurse by the Board of Nursing of the State of South Carolina.
CPR certified.
ACLS within three monthsof hire.
