This position supports the Customer Experience Leader and the Social Care & Capabilities Leader, both within Wells Fargo Vitual Channels Operations.

Performs moderately complex to complex administrative tasks for multiple managers and business units. Duties include: compiling information and preparing moderately complex reports using appropriate software; balancing routine general ledger lines and/or expense accounts; assisting with personnel/payroll processing, and record keeping; managing team member onboarding and offboarding; sourcing materials and equipment needed for the team, answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures; managing calendars and scheduling meetings and events. Managing floor seating plans. Will work closely with internal mid-level to senior leaders to meet their service needs. May be responsible for providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting, documentation, team member administrative support. May monitor and assist with forecasting monthly budget. Performing special projects as requested.

3+ years administrative support experience. Expertise with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook. Ability to work in a fast paced work environment with considerable deadline pressures with the flexibility to handle multiple tasks while demonstrating resourcefulness, problem solving and critical thinking skills, and the ability to exercise independent decision making skills. Proactive style with a propensity to take initiative including being able to independently own and drive projects. Proven ability to integrate information from multiple sources into actionable outcomes. Experience using all forms of communication to build and maintain relationships. Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members. Demonstrated skill and experience building strong work partnerships. High integrity with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Experience in schedule management for leadership; including but not limited to setting high level meetings, managing effectiveness of schedule, reviewing and determining appropriate meeting requests for executive. Detail-oriented and organized critical thinker with a can-do mindset, self-motivated to get things done quickly. Administrative Assistant Certification or college degree preferred. Experience with Excel. Proficiency with Live Meeting. Proficiency and proven experience managing SharePoint sites. Experience supporting multiple individuals. Prior experience supporting managers and team members working in remote offices. Experience working with Concur and HRG Travel or similar travel and expense systems. Experience with on and off boarding of team members. Experience with HR systems and tools including Staff Management and Time Tracker.
