Shifts start as early as 6:00 AM and you must be able to work weekends. We have no late nights, we close at 5 pm Monday - Friday, close at 4 pm on Saturdays and we close at 3 pm on Sundays.
Skills/Qualifications:
Food Sanitation, Teamwork, Quality Focus, Job Knowledge, Safety Management, Multi-tasking, Dependability, Thoroughness, Verbal Communication, Store Cleanliness, Effective Time Management, Friendly Smiling Faces.
Accountabilities:
Reports to work on time each shift scheduled
Dresses according to company policy
Takes prompt action to resolve problems or barriers
Performs all duties in a timely, effective and proficient manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the expected results.
Demonstrates effective project management, communication, and follow-up skills at all times.
Performs other duties and special projects as required when asked.
Follows all food rotation and re-stocking procedures using the FIFO (first in, first out) method.
Providing the utmost customer service to all guests, making sure each guest is greeted and thanked.
We are located in Franklin TN at 103 International Blvd #114.. we are off Carothers Pkwy near Bakers Bridge. You can always stop by the store between 10:00 am -1:00 pm Monday - Friday to fill out an application and possibly have an interview then if the hiring manager is in, we will start training within a few days
