Qualifications:

Candidate will be responsible for handling a large complex risk management accounts ranging with complex casualty component. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, setting overall risk and service strategy for client, responding to complex client information requests, reviewing complex contracts, assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, developing and implementing service plans, reviewing complex audits and program adjustments (loss sensitive programs). This Account executive will oversee marketing processes and negotiate collateral with carriers as needed. They will drive strategy with clients and be active in the development of new business. Strong presentation and ability to coordinate resources such as loss control and claims.

7+ years insurance experience. Demonstrated ability to manage the largest and most complex commercial property and casualty accounts, effectively market to carriers and customers, develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and prospects, excellent verbal and written communications skills. Insurance license for designated insurance line required within 6 months of hire, considering state law restrictions. Microsoft Office Suite experience required. College degree and seven plus years of experience . Must have strong casualty expertise, including large deductible and collateral. Must know how to develop submissions and conduct/negotiate marketing. Must have strong verbal and written presentation skills. 5+ years experience Experience in working and understanding alternative risk finance Food and beverage industry
