* Supervising food production in the absence of supervisor
* Preparing and delivering food daily as outlined on the Food Production Worksheet
* Maintaining kitchen sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards
* Assisting with set-up, service, and clean-up of food production
* Ensuring food is prepared in a nutritional and appetizing fashion
* Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
* Following and fulfilling the duties given by the senior chefs
* Fulfilling duties on time so as not to delay the preparation of the dish
We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* 2 years experience preferred
* Ability to work swiftly and efficiently
* Team player with ability to work well in a group
* Flexibility with schedule - availabilty for day, evening, holiday and weekend shifts is required
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
