Supervision of 15-20 employees
Ability to start up injection molding machines
Knowledge of material handling
Ability to troubleshoot machines
Create process layouts frequently
Ensure all safety rules are followed
Identify and report any mold, equipment or product problems

Requirements
-2+ years' injection molding background
-1+ year supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
-HS Diploma or equivalent
-Strong mechanical aptitude
